Baking Times with Cookies
A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to make some cookies for my teacher, because it was his birthday. I decided to make some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, so I found a recipe for peanut butter cookies on tasteofhome.com and added chocolate chips to it. When I was baking the first batch of cookies, however, I accidentally baked them a little too long. I was a little worried, but it did not ruin the cookies, as I thought it would. It just made them crispier. So, if you want chewier cookies, bake them a minute or so shorter. If you like them crispier, bake them a minute or so longer.
